Malchus, slave to the high priest Caiaphas, is charged with the duty to protect the money-changers’ booths at the Jerusalem temple. However, when a Galilean rabbi ransacks the booths, Malchus fails in his duty. When compelled to arrest the Galilean rabbi on the Mt. of Olives, the events of that evening will change Malchus--and history--forever.
